I spoke with host Elaine McGee about how for me running is a ‘spiritual place’, touching on the difference between training runs and elite competitions, the Belfast Marathon, the 4 Corners Festival, and insights from my latest book, Unity Pilgrim: The Life of Fr Gerry Reynolds CSsR — including his spiritual practice of walking along the River Lagan or up Cave Hill.
